This blog video is for my Monday Night painting class. The video at the bottom of this blog shows how I examine a paintings progress and map out a strategy on where it needs to go. "The Way" 20"x16" Oil Painting In the class we were able to block the whole painting in, but decided that was good place to stop. I was fine with that, because it was the first class and we were talking about color contrasts not just making a painting. I did get a feeling though that the class didn't think the painting was worth finishing, so I made this quick video that shows it was worth it.
